For recruiters and hiring teams

We help you find and recruit top-tier engineering talent.

Tell us the role. We find engineers who have already built something just like it, show you the work that proves it, and help you reach out.

Reply rate

On our first outreach test, engineers found with Cyndra Talent replied to a short note about a paid role.

Engineers reply when the note is about their work.

Every match comes with something real to say: the project they built and the part of it that fits your role.

Illustrative messages. In our own test, a person wrote each note.

¹ Cyndra's own hiring test, Sep 2026, 20 engineers contacted. The tool found them; a person wrote each note.

Built by Cyndra and used for our own engineering hiring.

Everything here is invented: people, handles, employers and projects. Real searches read engineers’ public work.

[03] How it works

From job post to first reply. One workspace, no boolean strings.

  1. 01

    Describe the role

Paste the job post or write two lines. We turn it into a search of engineers' public work.

  2. 02

    Get matches ranked on evidence

Ranked on the skills your role needs, as shown in work they have published. Location and seniority are marked verified or likely.

  3. 03

Reach out, one person at a time

Look up a public contact and start from a first line that cites their work. You send it yourself.

  4. 04

    Work it as a team

One private workspace for your hiring team. Everyone sees who has been contacted.

[04] Evidence

Every rank shows its work.

See exactly where each skill shows up and decide for yourself. You judge the work, not a summary of it.

  • The project and the exact work behind each match
  • The skill or tool from your brief, and where they used it
  • Location and seniority, marked verified or likely

Why not search for engineers ourselves?

You can, one profile at a time. Cyndra Talent reads the public work of engineers for your whole role at once, ranks the people who match, and keeps the proof behind each rank so you can check it.

How does ranking work?

Each match is ranked on the skills your role asks for as they appear in their published work, plus seniority and recent public activity. Every rank links to the work behind it, so you can check the evidence yourself.

What data does it use?

Public profiles and public projects on GitHub, the site where engineers share their work: profile details, project names, and the tools and skills each project uses. A contact email is looked up only when someone on your team opens a profile, and only from what the engineer chose to make public on GitHub, such as their profile, project pages and change history.

Will engineers mind being contacted?

You send one personal note at a time, not a blast. Every first message carries a privacy notice and a way to opt out. Anyone can ask to be removed, and people who do are left out of future searches. The full candidate notice is public.

What if the people we need don't share much work publicly?

Then it will find fewer of them, and you'll see that on the call. Bring a real role and judge the results before you buy.

What does fair use mean?

Unlimited searches within the daily limits set out in the Terms. Usage past those limits may be slowed down.

What happens on the demo call?

30 minutes. You bring a role you're hiring for now, we run it live, and we walk through the people it finds and the evidence for each one.

Bring a role. Watch it run.

A 30-minute call on a role you’re hiring for now.

  1. 01You bring a role you're hiring for now.
  2. 02We run it live and open the top matches with you.
  3. 03You see the evidence for each one and decide.
